I would like to welcome you to our website and let you know about our ministries and our passion here at the Park Hill First Church of God.

Phyllis and I both have a deep desire to help people find the abundant life that Jesus talked about in John 10:10. This abundant life can only be found through the acceptance of God’s loving grace, the understanding of Jesus’ love, and living this understanding through the love commandments. The Bible instructs us to love God with all our heart, soul and mind and to love our neighbors, which are those around us in our community. When one understands the great love of God, demonstrated by giving his one and only son to die for our sins, they have the foundation for the abundant Christian life.

Our Church’s ministries are based on God’s Word which is the Bible, and implementing them through the love commandments. The vision of our Church is to be light and salt to our community where we shine through the following ministries:

The Park Hill Daycare is our ministry to the community to help parents have a healthy and safe place for their children.

The Park Hill Preschool is our ministry to the community so young children can have a healthy and safe place to learn and be cared for.

The Food Distribution Ministry - We are active participants in the community food cupboard which is our way of helping those less fortunate to have enough food.

Our Youth Ministry gives the youth in our community a healthy place to have fun and make friends while learning about God’s love.

The Sunday School Ministry is the place families can come and learn what the Bible says about the way we should love God and our neighbors.

Wednesday Night Prayer Ministry is a time when we connect with God as a corporate body through praise and prayer to fulfill our theme “When Believers Pray Great Things Happen.”

Sunday Worship Service is designed to enable all who come to worship God through singing, prayer and positive apologetics of God’s Word.
